Foamix and Intendis Sign License Agreement for the Development of a Dermatological Foam

Intendis GmbH and Foamix Ltd., the leader in the development of topical foam delivery systems, announced today that they have executed a worldwide license agreement for a dermatological foam. The agreement was signed following successful completion of Foamix's development of a novel alcohol-free foam.

Under the terms of the agreement, Intendis is to pay Foamix a signing fee and milestone payments, as well as royalties based on net sales.
